Hi all, I was wandering what are your thoughts on tight time frame requested by seller- 5 days for walk through and 30 DD. closing still within 60 days.  20 units, in a slow moving market. Broker did no answer my question regarding the tight time frame.

You own your offer.  Make your offer with the timeframe you need to do your DD.  They would have taken someone else's better offer if they had one.
