How Much Is Enough (Under capitalized??)
How do you know if you don't have "enough" cash reserves before doing the next deal (10-20 unit apt) ? Is it just a judgment call, or do you wait till you have at least $25k, $50k, $100k ?

Cash Reserves is part of the equation, but you also need adequate Insurance and good Credit access. So it's really a three-legged stool. (CASH-CREDIT-INSURANCE) If you have all three and enough equity in your investment (meaning a significant down payment at the start), you will be prepared for the ride.
