Which direction to start with?
Ok BP I'm looking for opinions outside of my general circle.
I live in Woodstock, GA and I've been looking into investing in multi family properties in a few areas in Atlanta and just outside of Atlanta. My question is what would be your best first multi family purchase? I've been looking at cheaper duplexes that I can pay cash for and I've also been looking at larger more expensive properties that I can put a down payment on and have a note on. Of course I've looked at the pros and cons on each type of property but I'm curious as to what some of your thoughts are on this. Thanks in advance everyone!
