Technology tools for multifamily owners

Calling all multifamily owners/managers. What technology tools are you using in your multifamily properties and how do they help improve your multifamily investment.

The most common ones I've seen used are:

  • Online payments: convenient for the tenants and reduces late payments occurrences.
  • Security cameras with live internet feed - increase security feeling and reduce vandalism
  • Online service calls management system - tighten control on service calls and increases tenant satisfaction (if the calls are actually being serviced)

What are you guys using? How does it help your bottom line?
