Michael you might want to mention deal size and number of units.

The brokers doing 200 unit deals or 100 unit deals are not typically working on 10 or 20 unit deals. The reason is they make larger checks for their time on bigger deals. Less deals to do to get to more money equals a higher ROI on time.
