Recommendations for multi-family analysis software

there seems to be numerous pre-purchase analysis software programs for creating a pro-forma for multifamily Acquisitions, available in the market. We are searching for one that is user-friendly and has a module for presentation purposes to lenders and investors as well. Thank you for your valuable feedback

Here are two

A free one that is basic and straight forward.

I have heard good things about Michael Blanks deal analyzer. 

I have not used either of these but they both have been recommended here on BP more than once and is how I have heard of them. 

Hopefully someone that HAS use them will now chime in and give their thoughts.
