Hello everyone, I'm looking for multi-family units for my investor client . Mostly looking for up and coming areas. But, open to other areas as well. We are looking for b rated, 10-50 unit buildings with a cap rate of 4.5 and a GRM between 12-14 . But will look at some 10's.
