refinancing multi-unit properties

I have a project of rehabbing 2-3 multi-unit properties in North New Jersey and would like to know whether somebody has contacts to lenders that do non-recourse refinancing of these properties that have about 60% LTV. Any input is greatly appreciated

I've never heard of smaller residential lenders offering non-recourse loans as its based on borrowers credit. It's mostly offered in the commercial space with gse lenders.

If you do find someone, please share as I'm sure everyone would like to know.

I mostly do small residential non-recourse loans 1-4 units, but unfortunately not in the North East, where that seems be more difficult to get.  If you find some one please post who on this threat.  Thanks.

Guido Kaelin PM me. I've done a few in East Orange. Depending on the loan size it may be worth having a call and going over the deals.
