Ron or everybody else, do you know anyone (title company, trustee company) that could bid on my behalf at the Sacramento courthouse steps?

Does anyone know a lender that will accept a 2nd lien holder on the contract? I'm looking to find financing for a commercial 6 unit building in North New Jersey. The seller is willing to finance as a 2nd lien holder; the bank will be 1st lien holder. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated

I have a project of rehabbing 2-3 multi-unit properties in North New Jersey and would like to know whether somebody has contacts to lenders that do non-recourse refinancing of these properties that have about 60% LTV. Any input is greatly appreciated

Blast Investments offers 10% simple interest plus 20% equity in real estate for investors that provide a line of credit to flip multi-unit houses in the greater NYC area. The investment is fully secured by a first lien mortgage and paid back with interest once the properties get refinanced (usually after 6-12 months). Investors then continue to own a 20% share of all profits generat

ed by these properties. Profitable Real Estate Investing

Here are some guidelines that might help making the work place safer for female agents (my company actually just introduced them after the tragic event in Arkansas):

1. First time clients are required to send in a copy of their driver’s license and full contact details

2. Using our technologically advanced software, agents have to enter all showings and meetings with clients in the Blast Scheduler visible to all other agents and the management

3. Agents announce start and end of a showing to management; should management not receive an end call within 1 hour after the start, the system will alert management to contact agent

4. All agents are required to download a quick-dial app with tracking service on their phone which allows them to call management with one single touch of a button; they are asked to call immediately should they feel unsafe

5. Should an agent have mixed feelings about an upcoming meeting with a client, we request that she asks a colleague to join her
