When wholesaling an apartment complex...
...how far does the wholesaler go in underwriting the deal? Do they simply do the initial deal analysis and then get it under contract, then flip? Or do they go farther and do more due diligence after the contract is signed? In other words, at which point during a typical apartment complex purchase would the wholesaler pass it off to the ultimate end-buyer?
