Hey BP!

Already done some SFR Flips, wholesales, and rentals, now looking to make the big leap! Recently, several podcasts have been about apartments and multifamily deal, this has greatly sparked my curiosity.

I'm an investor from Burleson TX looking for a mentor and potential JV with an experienced apartment investor. I have a current Lead for an off market 24 unit in fort worth and needing some guidance from here. I'm definitely NOT looking for some so called "guru" asking for me to pay to go to a seminar LOL. I'm just looking for a serious networking opportunity with someone who has experienced Multiple times the processes and workflows of Multifamily projects. Also, I'm always looking for more leads of 3+ unit buildings. Let me know what direction I should go! I love this community and am looking forward to utilizing it further.

Thank ya'll!

Chase
