Hi, I am new to BiggerPockets and not sure if I'm posting in the correct area : ) I'm looking for small apartment buildings in Northern Palm Beach County under $2,000,0000. What is the best way for me to see if anyone has off market properties? Can be anywhere from 5 to 20 units, not in a war zone. Thanks a lot!
