Memphis brokers for multifamily properties
Hi all.....I see and am aware of the many brokers and turn key operators for SFR's in Memphis, but I don't see much about the multifamily sector (5+) in Memphis. Anyone have any thoughts about this particular sector there or who would be any recommended brokers to know there who deal mostly in the multi sector? Also would be interested in hearing about anyone's experience with PM on such properties in Memphis.

Hello Pamela! You may want to speak with Derrick Craig about multifamily units here in Memphis. My company does manage a few units around town and the biggest issues we have is roof maintenance. Most of the ones we manage have flat top roofs with condenser units on top. The main issue are leaks. Outside of that just making sure you have minimum code updates to get a good insurance quote.
