Initial Conversation with a Commercial Broker (Georgia)
Hi BP Family,
I am looking to invest in Multi Families (5+ units) and I am starting with the education process. I know financing will be a part of my plan, but I am new to the world of commercial financing. My first thought is that I should talk to a broker to have initial conversations so I can educate myself about the world, but I wonder if I run the risk of just wasting his/her time and coming across as too green. Does it make sense to make introductory conversations with commercial brokers or to wait until I am a little more advanced in the process?
Thanks for reading,
Chudi
