Hi guys, 

I plan on investing solely in multi-families and large apartment complexes and would like to clarify something. Assuming I accept a hard money loan for a multifamily or apartment complex, what methods could I use to pay back the loan?

the BRRRR method isn't applicable here since I cant refinance commercial property with a conventional mortgage. Also, using my cash flow isn't effective. What methods have been successful for you?
