NEED SOME ADVICE
Hello,
Okay so I'm just starting out as an investor. I am a agent the Phx area. but new to the investing side i got a couple questions. I have a deal I'm looking to get into.
its 4 unit multi family. monthly rents 2300
i did math and cap rate is 9%. he's asking 270k for it.
what should i be keeping an eye out for?
how can i analyze it more to see if its a good deal?
Im meeting with him tuesday, Is there more information i should ask him for?
