Financial Models for Multi-Family

Does anyone have any financial models or recommend any in Excel that I can use to run some numbers and scenarios on?

I'm quite new to this so I do not have the detailed knowledge to build up my own.

Thank you.

Andrew - Net Present Value of future cash flows?! IRR underwriting? Discounted MIRR to boot?!?!

When you talk, you sound intelligent. That's rare :)

Kevin - be careful. This sport is full contact. Asking for a model because you are too new to know how to build your own can lead to nothing good. Be patient. Learn - build your own! We are in a dangerous market, Kevin...
