Hello everyone

I have an question ... Since I am just starting out in the real estate investing. I found a multi-family investment which is an apartment building. Can anyone tell me if this is a good invested to first start out doing or should I found an single-family investment to start investing first?

Yeah, that is a tough one for outside opinions on.  Really comes down to what you are looking for, how much time you have to spend, etc.

The more units you get (typically) the lower cost is per unit and the more profitability.  But there are a ton of factors.

I'd poke around BP, read a bunch of forums, guides etc. then perhaps come back with a bit more specific question and I am sure you will get a ton of opinions.
