Hi I'm in the Los Angeles area. Does anyone have recommendations for apartment specific inspectors. How about recommendations for specific physical inspections and due diligence? What are major issues to analyze or inspect I've done many inspections on smaller properties but how about advice for larger apartments. Do you recommend getting specific inspections on each system of building? i.e. -Foundation inspections -tenant inspections -specific roof, plumbing, electric, retrofit inspection -structural and seismic inspections-does anyone have a recommendation for his for large apartments. -anything I'm missing? Any advice would be appreciated
