Fannie Mae - 36 Billion for 2016

Talking to another commercial broker today about a strip center. He said his associates were fixing to list a 1 billion multifamily portfolio and then a 500 million one.

There is a rush in larger Multifamily to lock down Fannie loans before they run out of money. 36 billion was the number he gave for multifamily loans for the 2016 cap.

He said lot's of overbuilding occurring.
