How much should I ask for a brick fourplex earning $2000/mo, rehabbed with all new appliances, new electric, new plumbing, new roof, and unit upgrades? They are 1 BR's and the interiors have been rehabbed. Owner wants to carry 90%. Location is Dutchtown.
