Philadelphia homes
Bought my second rental home in Phialdelphia. I now have a good feeling where I am heading to. Turn key properties work best for me as I still work full time. I am ready to move forward and get more props! Looking to add a duplex or triplex in Philadelphia close to colleges. Anyone here that has the same passion for turn key in the city?

Hi Sean,
Mine is a traditional investment with at least 25% down. I once bought a house that needed rehabbing but unluckily was too much since I don't have the time. It was a good learning experience. I dealt with a contractor who refuses to agree on the revised contract done by my lawyer. Was able to sell it as it is.
Best of luck. R E investing can work if you have the passion for it. I have met with some groups that are hard money lender but have not utilized them yet.
Best,
Jem
