Finance Duplex title in LLC

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a duplex in Cincinnati 6 months ago on an 80% construction loan. I rehabbed both units and raised rents from $680 to $1,350 which was a home run. Although I've done residential projects before as an owner occupant, this is my first rental property and I do not have 2 years management experience. I have about 6 months remaining on my construction loan and want to put longer-term financing on the property. Now I'd like to put permanent debt on the property and would like to cash out if at all possible. I'm being told that agency loans need to be titled in my name and not an LLC - is this true? Any suggestions on how or who to finance this - looking for 70 - 75% ltv and either 10 or 30 year term money?
