First Investment Property

Hello BP,

I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in central New Jersey. Is there any real estate companies/agents you would recommend dealing with regarding multi-family (4-Plex) properties? or would you rather seller financing? Has driving for dollars worked for you ?

Also, any advice regarding areas to look out for ?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Cody,

How are you.

Focus on the towns or cities that feed off the NJ Transit first. Best opportunities for growth and appreciation. Many clients of mine buy multi family owner occupied properties along the train and do very well long term.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
