Hello - 

I'm in process of purchasing two proprieties comprising 14 units in the South-end of Hartford, CT.  Can anyone recommend an experienced property manager? i.e. currently manages similar multifamily properties in the area/ surrounding areas, able to generate month cash flow reports, etc.
