MF basic finance question
Hi All,
Pls excuse the newbie question. I have experience in SFR rehab flips, but none in MF, which is where I want to go. In SFR, I can make a cash offer and my money is tied up for a short period of time, until I resell. However with MF, that I plan to hold for longer term periods of time, how do folks structure those deals so that your cash is not tied up for the entire holding period, other than a conventional loan? Thank you.
