Can rule of thumb help tell a story of apartments?
When analyzing small or big apartments, does the 1% & 50% rules of thumb help investors know if it's worth looking further?

Ayodeji, I think if a property (Large or small) does not meet the 1% rule you'll be hard pressed to turn any real cash flow. If the property is a value add or the taxes are extremely low you may have a possibility for some cash flow but it won't be a strong enough return for me to get involved. I like to INVEST in real estate, not GAMBLE.....
