What is your ideal number of units? Mix?
What's your target number of units in 10 years? Why that number?
Part of me says ... 50 is better than 20. Another part of me says, I'd rather own 20 with the same income and lower risk.
Anyone mix commercial and residential? Seems like most investors are one or the other.
Just curious what others goals and strategies are for units, mix, and risk.
