multi family barndominium style

I have an idea to build a multifamily duplex or maybe fourplex side by side out of metal, they call it barndominium style. thoughts and opinions??

 It's actually a thing, in Texas.  Wouldn't meet our insulation codes up here, usually.  But there are a fair number of Texas steel building companies marketing "barndominiums."
