Hello all, 

I am interested in learning more about Master Lease Options, I was wondering if any from the New York City area have any experience doing them. I have no experience with RE investing and I think this would be a good route for me to take, what are the pros and cons? How do I find sellers who would be interested in a deal like this? What should be my first step? Etc.
