I'll be managing a 24 plex starting in May!
I happened to make the right connections at the right time and I'll now be jumping into a property management position with for a 24 plex with my current landlord. I expressed interest some time ago and the timing works out that a previous on site PM is leaving and I'm able to step in and take over. Its not the full duties of PM - I don't have to worry too much about monthly reports as I just hand over collected rents and the owners do the rest - so its a great opportunity to learn.
I'm really excited to implement many of the things I've learned here on BP. I didn't look much into management and now I'll have to read up on PMing and luckily this site will be my go to resource besides the landlord I'll be working under.
Any bits of advice i'd be glad to hear!
