How to buy apartment building

Good evening everyone How do I purchase apartment building with no money? I understand 80% can be financed but where would other 20% come from. I read some post before here and I need HELP I found a property I want to purchase but my funds are stuck in another investment.if some one can guide me the process and which banks are good for the 80% down it would be a great help to me.
