What is the next pain?
My partner and I are discussing a new business start up to compliment the existing multi-family and commercial we already handle. There are the old standards of management, and property services which is flooded. I would prefer to utilize technology, or create a unique service concept that truly brings new value to the market.
So I am asking the age old question to owners, investors, and agents.
What is your pain? What gives headaches and keeps you up at night?
Feedback and suggestions are welcomed and appreciated. I do thank you for your time.
