Hello everyone! Im new in Developments, but I was offered what I believe to be a great deal, 14 acres for $175k zoned for multifamily, but I want to get an idea of how much it takes per acre to develop, I figured out about $60k per acre, how far off am I? Im in the Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville, Tx) future home of SpaceX !
