Analyzing a Live-In Multi
Hey BP!
My goal for my first property is a 2-4 unit in which i live in one unit and rent the rest. When running the numbers do i just put in the potential rent for the unit i will be living in? I would love to not have to pay any rent but i don't know if it's possible. What's the conservative way to run the numbers on something like this to make sure i'm cash flowing once i move out?
