My wife and I are looking to get our feet wet in real estate investing by purchasing our first multifamily in Asbury Park, NJ area. We are seeking individuals with experience and knowledge in this market who are interested in networking with new and eager investors. We have visited the area frequently over the years and currently involved in a local small business but have limited knowledge in the real estate market and rental market/trends.

In addition to Asbury, we have broadened our search to include the surrounding Monmouth County shore towns but finding good deals hard to come by. Our intention is to purchase multifamily to live in for a year, then repeat.

Anyone in the area willing to chat and point some new investors in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. We're very bullish on Asbury and looking forward to meeting some faces in the area.
