How do I find unlisted muti unit properties? Piratically between 4 - 20 units. I'm in the Phx, Az area if that helps. 

I believe I can use the local county website, however I don't know exactly what I'm looking for when I'm reading through these online documents. Could anyone help guild me through what I'm suppose be to be looking for in these online documents. 

If you know any other methods of finding unlisted properties, please share. Thank you everyone
