Assuming tenant are all great people and their visitors are as well. I am wondering what type of security measures have you taken?, do you add security camera outside or home security  such as 'ADT" or will that make them uncomfortable?, or is it pointless?. Assuming the camera is outside the property not inside.

Hi Abou C.

Without knowing the details about your property I would say that this is not necessary.  Unless your tenants have experienced a security issue, or feel unsafe I don't think you need install a home security system.  Good luck and happy investing!
