One bedroom unit mix
Hey investors, Would like to know your take on something. I am exploring a 7 unit property in Fayetteville NC The draw back is that all the units are one bedroom. My husband feels we should not entertain the idea of running numbers on it because he feels it will have a high turnover and little demand. Would like to hear your thoughts and experiences on one bedroom units.
Thanks
Bridget
