I own a 33 unit apartment complex in the Phoenix AZ area. My insurance premiums for the complex have been increasing significantly every year with Travellers. There have been no claims against the policy, so the premium increases seem unfounded.

Can anyone recommend a good insurance company?

You might want to try National Real Estate Insurance Group  do a google search or call at 888   741   8454.
