Looking for a water sub metering service (company) for a small multi-unit property in Baltimore

Hello, 

I am currently purchasing 2 two-unit buildings, and I would like to split the existing water meter into two submeters for both buildings.  Can anyone recommend  a service which would handle installation, meter reading and billing for these smaller unit buildings in the Baltimore, MD area?
