Quad plex construction cost

I live in a small town about an hour east of Dallas. My wife and I just recently were considering purchasing a 2 acre tract of land, with an old home on it. The home needs to be torn down as it is small and old. We believe the spot would be perfect for a quad plex, but aren't certain of the construction cost. We would be looking to build something in the 3500 - 4500 sf range. From research in the surrounding area, we should be able to rent these units for $750 - $900 a month depending on the final size. Does anyone have an idea of construction cost of a 4 unit building. The finish would be pretty basic, almost tract home.

Thanks for the advice!
