Water & Electric Submetering for Multifamily and Commercial

I am planning on installing water submeter on my apartment units. I had used NextCentury before (12 units) but I also know Metron is another option. Has anyone used Metron before? I have two buildings (one 16 units and one 14 units). I can install the gateway (data receiver) in the office, but I am not sure NextCentury will be able to collect data on the units in the second building.

I have have a few commercial units that will benefit before electric and water submeters but these best to be cellular and not dependent on tenants' having wifi at all times. Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance.
