Looking for local multifamily contacts in Nashville and Knoxville

Drew Clayton
Posted

My multifamily team is expanding our search into Nashville and Knoxville, and we're looking to meet locals who can give us additional insights on specific neighborhoods and potentially build boots-on-the-ground relationships. No need to be a multifamily expert, but basic familiarity with real estate and things like construction or property management would be helpful. Feel free to reach out and say hi.

A little about my team. We are three GPs with a combined 13 years' multifamily experience. We met through SubTo and are part of Veena Jetti's Multi Mastermind. Our buy box is 30-150 unit C+ to B assets in markets across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.
