due dilligence and property inspection
How can you structure or find a way around due diligence and inspection costs on an investment property (5-25 units) so you don't have to come out of pocket for it.

The seller also benefits from it, as the next buyer would not have to do it. Perhaps you could work out a 50 - 50 deal with the seller?
