Recourse v. nonrecourse-what's the cutoff amount?
I know on larger, commercial loans that non-recourse is commonplace. What about "smaller" commercial loans? I'm wanting to buy multi-family 10-40 units, probably $500,000-$1.5m.
Is there a general rule-of-thumb with commercial lenders as to when they start (dollar wise) w/ nonrecourse loans?
