San Antonio Neighborhoods for Multifamily Investing

I am an out of state investor looking at San Antonio for investing in multifamily .  I am looking to buy properties completed in the past few years, or currently under construction.  I am not interested in value add properties or fix and flip.

Can you give me recommendations for which areas around San Antonio are growing? What areas are good for multifamily investing? I have heard that the ideal areas are between the 1604 and 610 belt routes and north of 90 are the prime areas for real estate.  Is that good correct?   Within this area, are there any specific neighborhoods to focus on?

I am looking at a fourplex development, Hunters Ranch Estates (Invest 5S Developer) 1 mile west of highway 210 and 3 miles north of highway 90.  Is this a growing area or is this to far west?

Are there any data sources that can help me select which areas of San Antonio are growing and would be good investment areas?

Far West is absolutely blowing up. If you can get a fourplex out there for a good price, I would say jump on it! It's still early so I highly recommend it
