Finding Passive Investors/Limited Partners for Multifamily Syndications
I'm doing a deal here and looking to grow my database of investors. What is the best way you have found passive investors? I love the multifamily space and have closed on commercial deals. I'm finding that most in my database don't have 25-50k of income even in an IRA that can be re-directed.
