small multifamily (2-4 unit) investing / house-hacking

Cole Meyers
Posted

Hey Bigger Pockets members,

My name is Cole; I am looking into purchasing my first investment property. I work/live in the metro Detroit area and would like to invest preferably in Macomb, Saint Clair or Oakland county. I would like to invest in a SMF (2-4 unit) property. I am open to either purchasing the property as an investor ideally through seller finance vs getting a conventional loan through the bank and house hacking.

I am wondering if there are any investors/brokers/property managers in the Metro Detroit area that can work with me in finding a property to invest in?

Are there any investors in metro Detroit open to selling their small multifamily properties?

I look forward to hearing/working with you!

Thank you!

-Cole
