Inspections for Multifamily
Hello Everyone. I'm close to closing on my first multi-unit. However, unlike my single family investments, there has been no requirement for an inspection. My lender has told me that they don't see the need.
I'm purchasing direct from seller. I've spoken with the property manager, and they like the property.
Having a mold and raydon inspection would be a minimum correct? Am I missing something?
Thanks for your time.
